My primary efforts are in the area of Analog and Mixed Signal IC design with wide ranging design experience including design and layout of custom logic cell/blocks, data converters, high-speed interfaces, programmable filters, PLL's, oscillators and base-level analog blocks. Most effort over the past few years has been focused on ultra low-power custom analog and digital function blocks. My experience also includes experience managing small to large design organizations, design center site management and business management of smaller organizations.
