I have obtained my BEng in Automotive Enigheering and MSc in Electrical Enigheering. I am a PhD student in Power Electronics. My research area include wide-bandgap transistors characterisation and modelling as well as transitor test circuit design. Creating a much accumate SPICE model for wide-bandgap transistors is my research objective. LTspice is a handy tools for me to simulate my test circuit and creat SPICE model.
