Mark Strang Senior Project Engineer

The Gleason Works Role: Mark Strang is a Senior Project Engineer for New Product Development at the Gleason Works in Rochester New York. His duties include investigating, recommending and implementing innovative hardware and software solutions for the gear processing industry. Mark has responsibility for all facets of project management and production including designing and executing prototype and production builds.

Experience: Mark has been working in advanced manufacturing and new prodcut development for nearly 32 years. His primary interests include measurment control and automation. Prior to joining The Gleason Works, Mark was a Senior Automation Engineer at Xerox Corp., Webster, NY

Professional Education: Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Houghton Michigan (1983-1984) Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University, Houghton Michigan (1982) Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (1980-1981)
