−	I saw you made the pages for BS170, and BS250. I was wondering how to take the text and put it in my lib folder for LTSPice. I just started using it a few weeks ago. Previously using my school's program B2Spice, everything was either there, or I was not necessarily too worried about my simulation being super accurate. At the start of the semester I had a few BS170 Mosfets on hand, so I purchased some BS250 mosfets because I read they would be an ok complementary pair. I want to do a simulation with the BS250's for a constant current circuit that will supply 5mA, maybe a bit more. I kind of copy pasted what was on the wiki. Then using notepad++, first I made it a .sub file, then I tried a .SP3 file. In either case LTSpice could not find the model. So I made an account, and looked up the user who made the page, and I was wondering if you could help me with getting the file into my lib folder such that it works correctly. So far, with other components that were not originally in LTSpice, generally other students in the class found a file and posted it in the discussion on the Canvas class page, so I was able to just move those files to my library and that has been really easy so far.
