Working in the communication electronics. New to SPICE model development. Need to pick up as much as fast as possible. Looking for suggestion in the following areas: model temperature-dependent resistor in Spice; model PN diode; looking for way to import measurement data into Spice simulator and run transient analysis. Building more complicated model with driver. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
