If you need to get data from a graph in a datasheet, there is a utility that is very handy: The Engauge Digitizer.

The digitizer can take a picture of the graph (such as a bitmap created by "take snapshot" in Adobe Reader) and produce a set of x-y coordinates for the curves. There are "automatic" modes for suppressing grid lines and tracing curves.
